Base Models - Terms of Service

By purchasing any "Base Model" asset you are purchasing a license to use personally, commercially, and to resell the asset on derivative work limited to Complete and Full Avatars & Characters.
You cannot redistribute "Base Model" assets in it's original state or near original state.
You cannot redistribute "Base Model" assets as a "Base Mesh" or "Base Model". All official "Base Model" assets must be released & redistributed from ElizaCG.com.
You can use "Base Model" assets on free models.
You may not upload "Base Model" assets as a public model in it's original state. You can upload if it is derivative work that is not in it's original state or near original state.
You must credit ElizaByteVR and link to this website, ElizaCG.com, when you use "Base Model" assets for commercial purposes including but not limited to: streaming, derivative works & redistribution, video promotions, video game assets, etc...
Private/personal use does not need to credit.
Failure to follow these terms may result in legal action and fees.

Individual Game Assets - Terms of Service

By purchasing any "Individual Game Assets" you are purchasing a license to use personally, commercially, and to resell the asset on derivative work limited to Complete and Full Avatars & Characters.
You cannot redistribute "Individual Game Assets" in it's original state or near original state.
You can use "Individual Game Assets" assets on free models.
You may upload "Individual Game Assets" as a public model if it is derivative work that is not in it's original state or near original state.
You must credit ElizaByteVR and link to this website, ElizaCG.com, when you use "Individual Game Assets" for commercial purposes including but not limited to: streaming, derivative works & redistribution, video promotions, video game assets, etc...

You cannot redistribute "Complete Avatar" assets.
You can use "Complete Avatar" assets on commercial live streams, events, and video promotions.
You may not upload "Complete Avatar" assets for public use on any platform(VRChat, Chillout VR, Helios, NeosVR, etc...)
